| Resumen: | This document specifies an ultrasonic testing method for determining bond defects between the bearing metal and the backing. The underlying document ISO 4386-1 has been prepared by Subcommittee SC 2 "Materials and lubricants, their properties, characteristics, test methods and testing conditions" of ISO/TC 123 "Plain bearings". Working Committee NA 118-02-02 AA "Werkstoffe, Schmierung, Prüfung" ("Materials, lubrication, testing") at the DIN Standards Committee Rolling Bearings and Plain Bearings (NAWGL) is responsible regarding the German collaboration and this translation. |
