| Resumen: | The document specifies the method of determination the annealing point and the strain point of a glass by beam bending. These values have been found useful for specifying the cooling programme in the production of glassware. The annealing point and the strain point include a well-defined temperature descrease during the measurement. This method is applicable to all glases of normal bulk-production compositions, unless the preparation of suitable test specimens is hindered by special reasons. This method is particularly suited for glasses that for one reason or another are not adoptable for flame-working. Das Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der oberen Kühltemperatur und der unteren Kühltemperatur eines Glases durch Balkenbiegen fest. Diese Werte haben sich für die Gestaltung des Kühlprogrammes bei der Herstellung von Glaserzeugnissen als hilfreich erwiesen. Die obere Kühltemperatur und die untere Kühltemperatur beinhalten eine genaue festgelegte Abnahme der Temperatur während der Messung. Dieses Verfahren ist auf alle industriellen Massengläser anwendbar, falls nicht die Herstellung geigneter Proben aus besonderen Gründen behindert ist. Das Verfahren ist insbesondere für solche Gläser geignet, die aus dem einen oder anderen Grund nicht für die Bearbeitung vor der Flamme geeignet sind. |
