The first column contains the English original version, the second column is the German translation and the third column is a German commentary by the Committee NA 119-06-04 AA in cooperation with Austrian Experts from ISO/TC 224 "Service activities relating to drinking water supply systems and wastewater systems - Quality criteria of the service and performance indicators" This document is going to be published as DIN SPEC 19755. ISO 24510 specifies the elements of drinking water and wastewater services of relevance and interest to users. It also provides guidance on how to identify users' needs and expectations and how to assess whether they are being met. This document is part of a series of standards, which contains ISO 24510, ISO 24511 and ISO 24512. |
