| Resumen: | This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure has been drawn up by a DIN SPEC (PAS)-consortium set up on a temporary basis. This DIN SPEC (PAS) has been developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC (PAS) specifies an evaluation system for the qualitative evaluation of defects that occur during the printing of films and that could lead to a complaint on the part of the customer, and defines various types and classes of defects. This DIN SPEC (PAS) applies to primary packaging made of plastic films and film composites that are printed using flexo and gravure printing processes. If relevant, it can be extended and applied to other plastic films and film composites that are printed using different methods, such as digital or offset printing. Furthermore, this DIN SPEC (PAS) is primarily valid for primary packaging used for food and non-food. It is not valid for transportation or protective packaging. Finally, prepress agreements are not covered in this DIN SPEC (PAS). |
