| Resumen: | This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure has been drawn up by a DIN SPEC (PAS)-consortium set up on a temporary basis. This DIN SPEC has been developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword of the DIN SPEC. This DIN SPEC 91391-1 is the first part of the DIN SPEC 91391 series and specifies the functional requirements for a common data environment CDE. Functional groups for the fulfillment of technical and organizational base principles mentioned in DIN EN ISO 19650-1, Clause 12, and the required individual functions are defined. These are further subdivided into obligatory and optional functions according to their importance for the implementation of the requirements for a CDE. This provides comparability among functions offered by CDEs of different vendors. It gives clients and users a tool for comparison and evaluation at hand. By comparison of the functions specified as obligatory in this DIN SPEC, it can be determined whether a given CDE can meet the needs of a project. In addition, it can serve as a neutral basis for the comparison of different products. This DIN SPEC focuses on all aspects of the PIM (Project Information Model) and thus places its main emphasis on the planning and construction phases. In addition, it describes the systematic handover of data to operation and covers certain aspects of the AIM (Asset Information Model), which focuses on building operation. |
