| Resumen: | This standard applies to totally-enclosed fan-cooled three phase asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage with standard dimensions and outputs according to EN 50347 "General purpose 3 phase induction motors having standard dimensions and outputs - Frame numbers 56 to 315 and flange numbers 65 to 740" (see also IEC 60072 1), with specific electrical and mechanical interpretations according to EN 60079 0 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 0: Equipment - General requirements" for explosive atmospheres al well as EN 60079 1 "Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment protection by flameproof enclosures "d"" for type and testing of electrical equipment for type of protection flameproof enclosure "e" group II for temperature classes T 1 to T 3. |
