| Resumen: | The technical report gives recommendations for the assembly of pipe couplings with loose flanges and seals in titanium alloy for aerospace applications. The document is applicable to connections of titanium tubes dimensioned according to EN 3717. The assembly of pipe couplings with loose flanges and seals shown in this techinal report is used to: a maximum temperature of 230 °C (the maximum temperature of use depends on the seal used); a maximum pressure of 10 MPa (100 bar). Dieser Fachbericht gibt Empfehlungen für die Einbaubedingungen von Rohrverbindungen mit losen Flanschen und Flachdichtungen aus Titanlegierung zur Verwendung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt. Das Dokument ist anzuwendbar auf Verbindungen von Titanrohren mit Abmessungen nach EN 3717. Der in diesem Fachbericht dargestellte Aufbau von Rohrverbindungen mit losen Flanschen und Flachdichtungen wird verwendet bis zu einer Höchsttemperatur von 230 °C (die maximale Verwendungsttemperatur hängt von der verwendeten Dichtung ab), einem maximalen Druck von 10 MPa (100 bar). |
