| Resumen: | The document will be based on the work done by "Electronic healthcare record Architecture" - defining the higher levels of the health record architecture. In specific the work will deal with the protocols necessary to be used in the Medical record interchange including the Records format; to this goal it will be built upon the standards defined for specific classes of messages containing patients's information (Laboratory tests, Ekg and other biosignal analysis, images, etc.) and those defining the semantic content of Medical and health care data banks. The document describes the messages for exchange of information. |
